To all fitness guru, is Kreatin useful for building muscle?

The shop staff ask me buy...say will be difference for muscle building. Tell me eat even when not pumping weight.

But my friend tell me its bad for kidneys. Eat only before pumping weight

wat is the use when there is no micro-tears in your muscles when u dont do anything?

You mean creatine. You should just do a blood test first, check your e-gfr for your kidney function. If it's good, then just hoot as much creatine as you like. A healthy kidney have no issue filtering out creatine.

It's only when you have a bad kidney then have to be careful.

Just use performance enhancers la. That's THE WAY to get big and pumped like what you've seen in magazines. Choose the natural way, and it will take years and years of training to maybe even reach that level.

Also, creatine may ruin your hairline. So go ahead

no. macro is the most useful for building muscle. i gained around 10kg - 12kg of muscles after 6 months without any supplements.

useless. just get Citrulline malate, arginine nitrate and sea salt. that's all what you need. but really dont need these. you still can build muscle without these.

i also hard gainer. it's called ectomorph. you just can google macro. macro is the most important for gaining muscle.
