I use 3 items to control my eczema - Physiogel cream, Australia goat soap (with manuka honey) & bath with Chinese herb 鱼腥草 3 time per week. Just boil a handful of the herb in a pot of water for 15mins & filter out the herb, let the water cool. Rinse eczema with the water after shower.

For Physiogel, I switch between its DMT & AI cream. Use AI cream only when it flare up during hot weather while DMT for daily moisturizing after shower.

PS/ if it is really itchy, put a cold compress & never scratch it.

Physiogei is expensive
I usually stock up Physiogel cream during Guardian 30% skincare sale so it is not that bad, quite affordable. I tried suu balm before but it didn't help so even it is cheaper, I won't buy it.

If cost is a concern the Chinese herb 鱼腥草 bath is really worth trying. $2 can fetch u a big package at tcm shop. It actually cure my stubborn eczema on my chest which Physiogel cream can only put it under control but can't make them go away for month. Wash the eczema with the herb for a week & they are gone completely (still applied physiogel cream after shower).

Btw anyone using bamboo gloves? Review for sleep ?

Yes, its comfy … and hide my hideous blisters from public view.

but it tends to loosen very easily after a few wash

But if you have open wound (broken blisters) then the glove will stick to it
