This is interesting thread I also wana know the answer
Example:

Govt said:
1. Min sum 181,000 (Ordinary+Special)

2. Medisave 52,000

If i got:
1. 200,000 (Ordinary)
2. 70,000 (Special)
3. 52,000 (Medisave)

Medisave account untouchable unless for medical.

So i can get back (270 - 181k =) 89k right? At 55 year old?

Then after that how much i can back yearly on my 181,000 ???

Thanks in a advance.

Very easy math you also don't know. come I teach you.

At 55 years old,

OA + SA > Minimum Sum = (OA + SA) - Minimum Sum = what you get
OA + SA <= Minimum Sum but > $5,000 = $5,000
OA + SA < $5,000 = everything in OA + SA

You can choose NOT to withdraw the amount and invest it in CPF LIFE programme for higher payout.

If you never make nomination then the monies will be distributed by public trustee, then there is admin fee
If you make nomination on your CPF then the distribution done directly by CPF don't have any admin fee

it is compulsory... you can choose basic package if you don't want it.

If by 55 years old your CPF + Property pledge don't have $90k.. means something really wrong with you. Either you slacker jobless whole life or you are jiak liao bee.

According to 30%, U will not get back a single cent from CPF because it's not your money

According to pple with basic common sense, your calculations whould be close to what U are getting back however payout starts at 65 not 55

According to the Payout calculator, if U are 55 this year with $181K U should get a monthly payout of $1.4-1.5 a month
