They should change the name to new York, Washington, San Louis, Houston, phoenix, Seattle, new Orleans.... Then that location will be great again.

Simi lj canderra. Even Bronx sounds more attractive.

+1 for hard good location truth

My investment unit has seen back-to-back rental since day one without any no-tenant breaks in between. The only "ripple" is the rental rate differences between tenant & owner which is negligible.

.

Didn't realise demand is so good for flats in the area. Montreal link location is not so good but still can fetch so high price. High floor 4rm flats there are changing hands for $400k already.

To be honest I stay in one of the EC in Canberra. It's really peaceful and quiet place. I am loving it very much not because I bought it. I used to think this is awful place but realised what a gem this place is away from the bustling yishun.

I only have a minor complaint that my BTO in the future will be a bit far from the Canberra station.

You wouldn't have bought it if you think that place is shite.

So its chicken 1st or the eggs 1st?
