My colleague stayed in Visionaire. Those residents staying beside the MRT tracks appeal to LTA to build those noise barriers on the track near the stretch near those units. Tiagong tio rejected.

Am surprised no one here is talking about the Canberra BTO 2020. Failed Canberra Eastglen 2018 BTO. Back for Canberra again~

Many people aiming for it so they diam diam dont wanna rara give it popular.... Standard selfish Singaporean mentality lo.....

They measure the decibel. It is within the limits.

I have an elderly relative, he bought a 3-room BTO unit at Blk 129C Canberra Street, only he and his wife stay inside the flat. Their children all have their own separate houses and are not staying with them.

His blk 129C is 4 to 5 minutes walk to Canberra MRT, he bought this BTO unit at around $166,000 for this 3-rm unit some years ago.

Any views on how much his this 3-room flat unit can sell in the open resale market in end of 2022??!

But from the HDB website, the current past 1 year's transacted resale prices of 3-room flats in Sembawang only range from $260,000 to $298,000.

Wonder his Blk 129C Canberra Street Mid-floor unit can get at least $285,000 in the resale market in 2022??!
But I thought these days even those 2 room MOP already transacting $220,000 to even $250,000, so 3 room $320,000 is about right I think...

So far I saw asking price for 3 room are that range $320K. Maybe actual transaction is lower ba.

And I thought no more HDB plots available for Canberra but HDB will be releasing this plot over at the private housing side. Same side as Brownstone and Visionaire ECs. If I'm a owner of these 2 ECs I will surely be disappointed with this news.

Haha this plot is definitely solid. As usual will be oversubscribed. Confirm more expensive than the opposite plots like Eastlink I & II BTO flats.

However the best value are the pioneer 2013/2014 batches of Canberra BTOs that are only 300m away from Canberra MRT!

No need to wait for it to be built ah? Time ish money also

U leech from parents stay for free at their house while waiting for bro to complete doesnít mean it ish free. It ish u who donít pay and they never take from u.

This site is even better than those 2 condo. It's is right in front of MRT and across from the plaza. Lol
