Guys ask u all isit effective to tie weights to leg to work and Cycling ah?
If you want to lose weight, just do high intensity intervals. 30 mins a day for a couple of weeks will start to see results.

I 110kg bui bui started the routine and added some chill rides in between, from Oct to now lose about 11kg.

Of course a balanced diet helps also. And be prepared to have chicken drumstick thighs after some time.

Go search for GCN fat burning videos on YouTube. Just select the shortest one first and do what you can.... When you get fitter just extend the number of reps and time slowly.

Over time you will lose some weight, get fitter and ride faster too.

Year end really cannot cycle one...either weather not good, traveling, dinners or friends not free zzz. My tyre didn't kiss the road for many weeks liao
