Anyone using RO (reverse osmosis) water filtration system? Is it better than normal multi-staged filtration system?
Define better?
It will filter out most the minerals in the water, good and bad
There is water waste usually 1:3

Multi stage will not filter all the minerals, most design to filter certain bad kind. No water waste

I'm using this, self installation.

http://solutions.3m.com.sg/wps/porta...Sink/DWS2500T/

Got from Malaysia at RM $2,845.50, way cheaper than SG.
Filter also bought in Malaysia RM $870 as compare to SG $500 to $600

Looking at 3m and novita hot and cold filter.

Saw many are happy with their 3m hot and cold. Is sit hot enough for cup noodles and milo?

Any review from novita hot and cold filter users too?

My house came with Hyflux under sink filtration provided. So I bought a Hyflux water dispenser.. $430 or so from Lazada.

Yeah I know the company is going bust. It was either spend $1-2K for another entire system (filtration + dispenser) or just buy Hyflux dispenser then use the provided system for a year first.

So far hot and cold water, no issues. Very convenient. They also provided another water tap outlet to wash groceries/vege at the kitchen basin.

Hi all, able to recommend an under the sink filter? Just want to filter impurities, chemicals like chlorine, pathogens. I don't need to have the alkaline function.
Thank you!
