Feeling lost after hitting a major milestone in life?

I finally hit what i had in mind for my career, 100k/yr. Self-employed. 30 this year. Projected to hit 150k next year.
I dont feel particularly rich thou, actually i still feel poor.

Got married, checked
Got my HDB, checked
My next immediate goal - Get a car. Cant decide if i want a cheap jap car - honda jazz or mazda 3 or cx 5. Or maybe get a VW passat or Mercs C180 to reward myself.

Whats next in life? 100k/yr seems really big few years back, now it feels like nothing.
I know greed is never ending, but seems like theres nothing for me to chase other than $$$ so i can give my family a good life.

Anything felt like this?

and trust me.. instead of thinking of spending/splurge before you earn that much, try doing some financial planning first.
