That is her Own private land and property.
That is NOT a public or civil construction or temporary-factory applied licence place.

You mean in your own GCB land when you climb up a platform to paint the walls or change a light bulbs also need to apply to BCA rules and regulation??

Total bullshiet

CNA photo seem like the scaffold had all the required safety features installed. Wonder who erected the complicated scaffold for her.

You have 2 maids.
You have internet connection.
You have youtube.

You go figure out the rest..

Wsh supervisor spotted

First, scaffold shld be erected by trained scaffold erectors, supervised by scaffold supervisor. Permit to work system is needed.
2nd, they r not work at height trained.
3rd, safety belt is the wrong ppe. Even a Full body harness is not suitable for such situation where is the height is too low for the full deployment of the energy absorber, min. 6 to 6.5m.
Guardrail shld be the proper measure.

Why does someone so filthy rich need to resort to such means ?
Don't you notice often it is those filthy rich that resort to such acts. Cos they don't treat the poor and less fortunate as human.

Exactly.
She has bought insurance for her maid.
The work is in private compound.
That bangalow is NOT under factory licence act.

If she is the one who did the work, nothing is wrong. But the maids went up. So this fall under workplace.
