can i ask how key collection works for Condo? does it mean you place your OTP earlier you get the keys earlier? kiam sai!

kitchen too small got limited worktop space. otherwise wont have installed top hung dishrack

eventually i think will change the free one to this.

Buy from more established brands better for built in dish rack. The laojiaos here will tell you that area is lumber 1 high moisture zone in your house, even more moist than an ah pek's sweaty armpit on a 35 degree day, buy cheap one will be prone to rusting.

In fact I think some have even gone as far as to recommend using marine ply for built in dish rack cabinet to avoid warping of the wood from the water and humidity exposure

No, at least for me it didn't seem to have any discernable pattern, aside from delaying the processing for those people who haven't 100% cleared documents (e.g. those who are ROMing after key collection)

be prepared to keep wiping your hob area.....

If I have to do a overhung dishrack, I will do it right above basin.

It's just the hook you bolt onto the ceiling, costs like $5 locally.

Local KDK round hook:


M'sia triangle hook:


Just using the local round hook is likely to solve most balancing problems.
