Fruit juice is sheer poison
Appreciate if you can don't post your WOTs on Keto or LCHF diet.

Post some facts by offering yourself as a case study with results and readings. And genuinely want to help T2DM patients with your knowledge and not hiding behind a computer monitor.

Frankly speaking I work in sph, get you p ban is not difficult. HWZ office is just upstair.

Give this some thoughts...

I can eat 1-2 serving of watermelon 2-3 times a week but I am not allow to drink freshly squeeze watermelon juice at all.

Well it’s because of the fiber in the flesh of the watermelon that slows down the absorption of sugar from the fruit. On the other hand if you’re just drinking the juice, there’s no fiber at all so your blood sugar spikes.

If it’s another reason that your doc told you then please share.

in before got news say keto diet cause some kind of health problem. all these reports contradict each other
How can that be - fantastic health improvements seen from the likes of patients of Dr David Unwin n Virtahealth etc with well-formulated keto or just LC

As carbs are not essential you won't ever have s Carb Deficiency Illness unlike in essential Protein n Fat macros

Die is easy; have your hand and foot amputated is not... Just imagine your limb got chopped off due to uncontrolled blood glucose, you lie in bed everyday crying!

Well isn't this science?

Research is made to validate or invalidate hypothesis, so that we are closer to the truth each time.

It work for you cos you are quite healthy. In my case, my blood glucose will spike if my food are deep fried or sautéed with butter or animal fat.

That's why go to accredited professionals... Dieticians, doctors etc

And not listen to any tom, dick and harry in the net who can peddle pseudoscience around.

on that point

are you using unhealthy PUFA veg or seed oil like canola oil

it is my firm belief that long use of such contributes to many of our modern metabolic ills n diseases
