if u hab any donation place or selling place, please put it down...

easier for us to get rid of stuff, or else need to fuss and think where to recycle/resell etc

When DeCluttering, already scared to death becoz after you gather all of the same thing, will realize actually have so many pieces of that ONE thing

Now go out really intentionally avoid shops

The only thing that is not scary to buy is food that we must eat outside cannot bring home type

Buy, consume and the end

Don't even go and buy food that can store and keep, it can become abundance and back to clutter problem

after decluttering,

u want to watch your spending habits also. or else clutter will come back....

Which flea market or platform do you sell your items?

Depend on your stuff to sell

Carousell

Pc parts just here and vrzone

Clothes probably just donate

Collectibles... Unless dirt cheap, else hardest or slowest to sell

I have the same problem with many things that I bought over the years

Ask yourself, do the things still serve any meaningd purpose?

If have, you will have no problem keeping

Unsure?

I have many things I was reluctant to remove a few years ago when first start to DeClutter (back then didn't even know got such things, was just very stressed with more and more but don't know how to organize)

After first round DeCluttering - put aside many things - like you said, no heart to throw

Now a few years passed, those boxes and bags of things, nobody even ask or look at once

So now, just remove - can donate or recycle

My hello kitty collection no heart to throw

Agree

Not sure about others - it's just like any 'journey', usually start out as don't know much, then find it interesting, will pursue and at this stage, likes to indulge- that includes spending money

When I first start out to clean and organize my collection of stuff, I came across DeCluttering and dejunking along with organization

There's a whole lot of things to know about those topics

That's when I started spending some money on organization

It wasn't wasted

But as I move along, learning about Matie Kondo and her method -it just make more sense

sigh
the more i want to control not spending money, the more i spend money :s22:

thanks. make my life easier. just take bag of clothes in will do right. or will they check?

Yup. But of course they will sift through to see if you got donate any rubbish or not la. If all good condition they will bring it in to try to sell for good causes.

From what I know if your stuff cannot sell after a long time, they will sell to galang guni.

That is the advantage of gathering every thing of the same kind and discarding them together.
So, you have accountability of what extra stuff you bought previously.

I have a weakness for DAISO too.
But, I will buy stuff that will help me to organizing or store my items better and the junk food.
