I just completed my tier 4 (was just 2 days short of completing during season 2) and realized the prizes this season is so much less attractive.

Mr Bean?? QQrice?? Seriously And probably only people staying in the East side would benefit from the AsiaMall vouchers lor!

Anyway has anybody redeem for the Lazada $5 eVouchers??? Is there any minimum spending requirement to it??
Choose the HPB voucher lor.....can be use at different supermarket and etc

Saw people post this issue on the HPB Facebook page. They didn't even bother to read the issue properly, just copy and paste template reply which doesn't address the issues.
Ya, they just blindly paste their template answer....really

Sorry, ask a noob question.
Where can I use my HPB e-voucher? I tried asking the NTUC cashier she say cannot use leh... Is there a list of participating merchants for the e-voucher?
NTUC only accept physical copy of the voucher.

There's a list of participating merchant inside the reward tap. You can go check it out

I lost steps on Tempo tracker. First time it happened.

Walked 15k steps yesterday. Synced during the day when it was 7k steps. Now just synced and it recorded steps from 12am till now, but ytd still remain as 7k. Angry.
Saw quite a few people have this same issue.
1. Used sync for friends on my friend's smartphone to sync my Tempo tracker. Displays that the steps was 15k. But on my phone still remains as 7k.

2. I tried to call the hotline at 1800 567 2020, but there's only option to listen to information?

3. How did all those people who met with the issue solve it?

why my S8 phone registers more steps than Gear S3 watch? then sync with HPB is from watch!?

My season 3 tier 1 $5 HPB voucher just received today, this one quite efficient, unlike the voucher from eat drink shop challenge which takes forever.

But the reward bug is still around. For those who start from tier 1 of season 3, even after they redeem their voucher, the 750 points will still be in their balance and won't be deducted. In other word, you can game the app by redeeming the voucher countless time but then, it's at ur own risk...

For those who continue from their remaining unlock tier from season 2, they won't have this bug. Their 750 point will be deducted accordingly after their redemption.

Seem like HPB really launch this new challenge without doing much testing for their app.

2weeks - 1 month. Anything longer than 1.5 month pls call HPB to check.
