The challenge is open to everyone (NRIC and FIN), just that only singaporean/PR are entitled to collect the free tracker.
The tracker is still not detected even by scanning for device from the bluetooth settings.

Sigh.. Emailed HPB and received 9 methods to try and none worked.
You using Android?

Delete the 365 app.
Reinstall the 365 app, but dont launch it yet

Turn on your phone's bluetooth to see if it detects the tracker, if it detects well, means tracker no fault.
Launch the 365 app and restore your profile.
Go to devices/app tab on 365 and click change tracker | or press on the big SYNC button
sync to the correct watch and enter the code.

thats it

Look like Fairprice is finally accepting evoucher except for some stores and Esso station

Note that these list of stores don't accept both hardcopy HPB voucher and evoucher

Think it's becoz HPB is going to stop issuing hardcopy voucher from Jan 19 onwards, so they have no choice.

If you have ezlink card, just use that to redeem healthpoints as cash topup. Fairprice accepts ezlink payment. Also you can earn ezlink rewards and ntuc plus linkpoints when you spend the ezlink card value.

When will fairprice start to accept e-voucher?
Can I have the link for this info?

My bad, only Cheers. Very strange, all the supermarkets don't accept ezlink.

not strange at all, ezlink use very different type of payment mode. + think no demand and think the banks/merchants unable to charge fees on ezlink transactions so most probably wouldnt bother to make their device able to accept it.

but nets flashpay which can be used as ezlink should be widely accepted in supermarkets

I happen to realize it when I went to check the list of participating merchant under HPB rewards page.

Previously, under Fairprice, it state that HPB voucher is accepted at all outlet but with a added clause stating they don't accept evoucher.

Now they have remove that "don't accept evoucher" clause liao but instead, they include a list of Fairprice stores that don't accept any form of HPB voucher at all (both hardcopy and evoucher) wef 1 Oct 2018

So I guess those outlets not stated inside the list will be able to process both form of voucher wef 1 Oct onwards

For the manual pairing that resulted in the tracker error reject message, what phone are you using?
