I happen to realize it when I went to check the list of participating merchant under HPB rewards page.

Previously, under Fairprice, it state that HPB voucher is accepted at all outlet but with a added clause stating they don't accept evoucher.

Now they have remove that "don't accept evoucher" clause liao but instead, they include a list of Fairprice stores that don't accept any form of HPB voucher at all (both hardcopy and evoucher) wef 1 Oct 2018

So I guess those outlets not stated inside the list will be able to process both form of voucher wef 1 Oct onwards

actually why dont just transfer ur points to transitlink to flashpay card than u can use it to pay @ ntuc and save the trouble?

just transfer to ezlink to use

unless you are not working or rich enough to drive, dont see how you can not spend at least $50 on transport every month. . .

think i found a method to take out the strap easier for Carereach

tried wrigggling the strap left and right instead of plucking it directly.. only tried once though by accident but seemed easier to take out

For the manual pairing that resulted in the tracker error reject message, what phone are you using?

For people living in Bishan and toa payoh, seem like there is a new challenge specific for you all but you need to get the code from somewhere
It is called bishan toa payoh grc pal. I saw on Facebook , it will start this Sunday at toa payoh central in front of library, I think maybe got qr code to scan. Have fun

Actually not much diff if you are referring to evoucher usage. Redemption is immediate, after that can use liao.

If your devices can detected the tracker via bluetooth but unable to pair, there's a possibility it might be due to handset compatibility issues with the Healthy 365 mobile app or handset connection issues with their HPB steps trackers.

During S3, I also got the careeach one and no problem pairing. Weird.

Anyone using Huawei or xiaomi mobiles having issues pairing?
