think i found a method to take out the strap easier for Carereach

tried wrigggling the strap left and right instead of plucking it directly.. only tried once though by accident but seemed easier to take out
ACTUALLY, I find it easy to take it out if you insert your finger nail then start pushing it out, then from there, do for the head also, after that it is easier to take the strap out.

HPB has not updated their app with the HR data for the new season 4 trackers, it should be ready by the start of the challenge on 27 Oct.

These free trackers from HPB offer only steps and heart rate tracking. If you want more features, you can buy one that supports sleep tracking like fitbit.

mine also keep cant detect the 1st time then i just restart suddenly ok

or maybe u choose the wrong one, choose the one u want to change to, dont click on the change tracker button below ur current tracker
Just try using another handset and see if the tracker can be detected via Bluetooth
told u, the helpdesk either dun get it or simply template reply of remedy solutions.

borrow a device from someone who is actually able to pair, ur trackers shd pair easily, that way u know it is phone issue or tracker issue.
Go down hpb to exchange one if really spoilt.
You using Android?

Delete the 365 app.
Reinstall the 365 app, but dont launch it yet

Turn on your phone's bluetooth to see if it detects the tracker, if it detects well, means tracker no fault.
Launch the 365 app and restore your profile.
Go to devices/app tab on 365 and click change tracker | or press on the big SYNC button
sync to the correct watch and enter the code.

thats it
Thanks all for your help and suggestion.
I went down to HPB in the end. They could not get it to work so they asked me to use the kiosk to sync or to use the "sync for friends".

They said the issue is with my android being too old (4.4.4) although in the email they told me that Android 4.4 is the minimum requirement. Although the person also mentioned there have been people with Android 5.x and above reporting the same unable to sync issue

I tried to help my Pa pair his tracker to his iphone 5. keep getting the error cannot adjust the tracker time or something. so the tracker time is off. so cannot sync. anyone has this problem?
i uninstall and install the app, restore account. His new careeach tracker is shown as the preferred tracker. when i tried to sync the steps, the same timing error is shown.

Was struggling with it initially.wonder why and how they connect the trap. Once pull it out.. found out why it us so hard to take out.
Now I have no problem.. but still need some effort.
Do not pull it out directly. Need to pull left and right. Pull it out in the direction of the curve strap. The USB connecting part is actually bend in that direction.
