Was struggling with it initially.wonder why and how they connect the trap. Once pull it out.. found out why it us so hard to take out.
Now I have no problem.. but still need some effort.
Do not pull it out directly. Need to pull left and right. Pull it out in the direction of the curve strap. The USB connecting part is actually bend in that direction.
the last one prob got some auntie or uncle complain the strap too loose or what, keep drop out, thats why they changed until like that.. tighter but end up got other problems

Season 1 watch was super loose, I flex my fist, and it can popped out, sometimes dropped to the floor.

I tried to help my Pa pair his tracker to his iphone 5. keep getting the error cannot adjust the tracker time or something. so the tracker time is off. so cannot sync. anyone has this problem?
i uninstall and install the app, restore account. His new careeach tracker is shown as the preferred tracker. when i tried to sync the steps, the same timing error is shown.
Have you tried to enable the location services? I had similar issues on android.

Hi all , so all on all, is careeach or tempo 2 better for thid season?

Since there are no difference in functions, maybe in terms of battery life , wearability or ease of strap removal...

Is tempo 2.Pull straight can't. Twist left and right hard also. Finally got it out. Tried charging on 3 adapters no response. Worked on a very old adapter.
After charging, try again putting back the strap with a lot of effort.😀

Not just your hp. This morning the lady in front of me requested staff to sync for her. Staff tried 3x then managed to do it.

I tried at home 2x. 1st time error, I moved the tracker to another side of my Samsung hp. Managed sync
