Potential new participant here.
Ask you all ah~ so basically if take part and want to go for max reward needs to clock 10,000 steps per day and 150 minutes of MVPA every week??

are they still giving out different trackers? got any big differences or should go for which trackers??
If collect at singpost, confirm Careeach HR only

if collect at mini/mega road shows, can get tempo 2, not sure if can choose careeach hr. depends on availability.

if wrist is fat like me, careeach the unit part fits better, except the strap ah... pust at hole #4 like too loose, put at hole #5 like too tight...

if wrist is slimmer (dia <2inch) tempo 2 fits better imo.

just my 2 cents worth

The tempo 2 tracker cannot be worn while in the shower right? It only says splash proof but nothing on wearimg it while bathing.
U exercise in the bathroom

anyone happen to have a lot of these Groceries QR codes, i can change with you, i got some extra food QR Codes ...

Anyone tried to exchange your points for Transitlink credits and got short changed?

i changed 1065 points worth $7.10 and they credited me $7
3342 points worth $22.28 and got credited $22

my few other family members also got shortchange a few times on their accounts, from $0.02 up to $0.60 cents



Have several extra Food QR codes,
Anyone have Supermarket QR to exchange with me pls pm... thanks !

so even they chiong 9 mins also no count kanna short change

Their mvpa bracket will be lower for those 65 years and above with moderate bpm starting at 99bpm. So they just brisk walk already can hit target, no need any extreme sports.

Just checked. Mine zhuan zhuan to 2 decimal places. Maybe you can email to hpb to recover your losses.

This mvpa cannot brisk 5 min, rest, then brisk again, right?

You can refer to the sample mvpa table with at 3 age groups. https://www.healthhub.sg/programmes/37/NSC#mvpa

For the heart rate to be recorded and reward for health points, it has to be continuous 10 minutes and above of activity maintained at your mvpa level. You may do blocks of 10 minutes to achieve the 30 minutes per day for maximum health points.

For those using Samsung Health, can you sync your heart rate to 365? I cannot leh. No data in 365.

Yes it's recorded. If you look at the top of the bar, there's a figure that indicate the MVPA duration that you had achieve out of the whole duration.

so season 3 completer cannot get anything?
Season 3 completer can still join the MVPA category to clock MVPA minute and earn rewards

need to turn on the instant heart rate for mvpa? or will it automatically record

By default, the tracker will automatic track your heartrate once you worn it.
