Isn't MVPA just another way for you to earn health points? Not necessary you need do MVPA I think as there is a cap to the health points you can get...
If you are a completer from previous seasons? Hope we are talking about step challenge

Oh. Thanks.

I did read that previously. Not very informative.
The sample seems like a sample for 3 age figure (the way I see it). Not age group isn't it?
Ok, mistook it as a range. It's 3 different age values.

The daily cap is separate for steps and mvpa category. You can earn the max daily healthpoints for both.

Yes it's recorded. If you look at the top of the bar, there's a figure that indicate the MVPA duration that you had achieve out of the whole duration.
TQ for your reply.....yippee....

For the careeach tracker, if never turn on the heart rate setting, it will not show up in the dashboard of 365. Anyone using careeach tracker will automatically detect the heart rate?
Your tracker still can't reach MVPA without turning exercise mode on?

The older you are, the lower is your MVPA heartrate

My mom can achieve MVPA by going for her usual morning walk.

For me, walk cannot achieve, must go for run then can
Ya zz. Unless really old, must run. Really cannot afford to get sick

not sure how can a person clock MVPA using samsung health unless for the duration of more than 10mins you are measuring the heart rate non stop.

Eg measure with finger on the reader and leave it there while you excercise/do somthing to raise the heartrate for more than 10mins....
hmm hmmm
You need a tracker for mvpa, ie. Samsung gear. You only can do steps tracking if you only use your phone.

I can sync the steps, but not the heart rate. Do you have this issue?
Lot of ppl encounter the same problem with SHealth previously

To resolve it, go update the latest 365 app and then go turn on developer mode for S Health

Then follow step 2 to 5 and see if it work for you

You can't clock MVPA using Samsung Health app.

You need a compatible Samsung Health wearable device with HR function to track it and then sync to it before 365 app will pick it up.

U exercise in the bathroom
Confirm up lorry if you wear it to shower...
Nope just asking, as I have encountered while exercising outdoors it rained, and I continued training in the rain.

So if it can't be taken into the shower, then it most likely cannot be worn while raining.

For completers they dun have a choice. They can only do MVPA to earn healthpoint as the step challenge is no longer applicable to them.
