I heard a conspiracy theory on the new trackers.

They are replacing the S2 tracker (the elogated type, not the round ones) with "S2 completer's kit tracker" because the S2 tracker too easy to cheat already.

The new S2 completer's kit tracker should be more difficult to cheat via the fan/shaking method.
S2 doesn't have round tracker, that's season 1. Completer has heart rate monitor, easier to track cheater, LOL

My battery doesn't seem to charge. Weird.
The last time, my battery drop quickly. After the last charge, the battery is still 100% after 3 days ????

I'm a bit worried as the battery management is so bad. I understand it's a very small battery, but worst case, would the battery catch fire during charging or something bad happens to it when worn on the wrist ?

Which one is the correct time display?
How come different?
Both are correct, you can switch between vertical and horizontal screen display.

mine is like the one on top but i prefer the orientation of the one below leh, how to change ah?
If you want to change the display mode, just long press touch point for 4 seconds.

My battery doesn't seem to charge. Weird.
Is either you charge upside down or you plug out the wrong side of the strap and charge.

The tracker battery indicator is not accurate one......90% can go flat the next minute.....10% can last you 2 to 3 days.

My season 1 watch was like 100% for few days, then 0% without intermittent %. Still lasted for two years without a functioning battery indicator. RIP

Last year exchanged my season 1 tracker, this season can still exchange for new one ?

You can only go exchange if you tracker is faulty and still under the 1 year warranty.

If not, you will have to pay $11 to buy the new tracker.

Some people who took part in the season 1 challenge receive email to purchase it at a promo price of $5.50

Tracker step counts will be reset daily after midnight

Tracker steps stored data will be gone after 7 days if you do not sync it to the 365 app.

how to know if smart watch is connected with app? under app icon, I refresh and it stated 'tracker already connected' but I have never connect before.. i went dashboard to sync, it also say unable to detect any step tracker..so it means my smartwatch is not connected yet right? i reinstall also cannot..
