Anybody got go calculate for new participant if wan finish all the tiers (both steps and MVPA) this season possible? If possible, izzit need to clock max rewards everyday until the end of event (30 April 2019) or got leeway (in terms of days)?
From today (day 1) there are 155 days till 31 march 2019. So +/- one day for the cutoff.

MVPA
-4500 points required to finish, 350 points given free

Steps
-Also 4500 points (are u guys given any free points? I've completed already so I don't know)

You can earn 40 points per day max.

4500/40 = 112/155 days. So the fastest you can max it out is Feb.

There is the problem of not having prizes available for next year. Last year they were nice enough to give prizes for steps. This year us completers only got lucky draw, contests and MVPA to get.

Steps more than enough time, if u clock max 40pts per day, u shd clear it in 100+ days.

MVPA for new participant need wait till
tier2 Steps is completed, if max Steps pt per day, from now is abt 29 days before u can start on MVPA. Still got plenty time to flash video, sry, exercise lol.

Is it a must to clock steps and hr together for the mvpa category??

Or only clock hr can already?
Only if you don't want additional chance at the grand draw. You get one chance for every 10k steps or 2 chances for 30min mvpa.

o 10,000 steps per day will earn participants 1 chance in the Grand Draw
o 30 minutes of MVPA per day will earn participants 2 chances in the Grand Draw
o A maximum of three (3) chances can be earned per day if participant achieves 10,000 steps and 30 minutes of MVPA.

Health Declaration

Unable to unlock the MVPA category even though you have completed Tier 2 of the ‘Steps Rewards’? You have probably indicated that you are “not fit to proceed” with the MVPA category in the “Health Declaration” form when you signed up for the Challenge.

If your fitness status has changed, please update your Health Declaration form by downloading it here and email the completed form to us at stepschallenge@hpb.gov.sg.

Please note that you are responsible for answering the questions in this questionnaire correctly and without misrepresenting your actual physical condition.
Thanks for your info.

I already emailed them health declaration form one week ago.
