It's been like that if I am not wrong. Basically they only allow each individual to complete the 6-tier step challenge once. Those Season 2 completers also can do in Season 3 if I am not wrong.

So in fact it is fair as everyone will get the same eventually.
Ya, it has already been like that since last season. As long you had cleared the 6 rewards tier for step challenge and become a completer, cannot claim HP and earn reward from it again.

Last season they make completer do the pledge and win challenge

This season they introduce MVPA

Did u switch on workout tracking? I tested it on the gif and the tracker registered moderate hr throughout 30mins but when comes syncing, nothing is updated for the hr dashboard in 365 app. Steps syncing works fine though. Maybe tracker can detect fraud?
Go to the history tab and look at the heartrate graph, check to see if the heartrate registered is being captured correctly.

If you are very sure the tracker registered moderate hr throughout 30min but your heartrate graph only show grey bar, that mean something is not right liao.

For you to clock MVPA lor....if not they also won't bo tai bo ji re-issued new tracker with HR function to everyone

On the 365 app, go to challenge tab and click on step challenge season 4.

Under healthpoint earned, click on step healthpoint, all the 6 tiers will be shown and you can track your progress from there.

Very sure.. those 30mins mvpa based on gif was captured by tracker but not synced to my 365.. not sure if mvpa also requires accompanying steps as mine was stationary throughout keke..
those using the gif perhaps can test it

Tried to sync to my samsung health but forever cannot sync. Give up.

The following steps work for most if not all facing the same issue, but may need to try reinstalling both apps, including restarting your phone few times.

From HPB:

1) Open S Health apps and turn on the developer mode for S Health.
You may refer to the following instructions on how to turn on developer mode. (https://developer.samsung.com/health...sE0TN9uBK6Bdbs)
2) Close the S Health app
3) Open Healthy 365 apps and go to Apps > Others > S Health >
4) Change Tracker > turn on ALL the options > Done
5) Go to 365 dashboard and click Sync .

It might take several tries to successfully sync your steps. Do also try reinstalling the app and restarting your phone. Thank you.

tracker always got problem syncing
same using note 8, need to restart phone often, think is their app problem

Tried it, finally it syncs. Had a frustrating time trying to get sync.

So past completers cannot claim points with steps?

Have to use mvpa?
