their sync and clock pts really got big problem~~ hit MVPA liao pts not added still got time reverse points dont know isit reverse point cause buggy again

The boy at the roadshow told me sync every 5 days. That's what i usually do too. Save battery, now my tempo i already wear 1 week without charging...
Last time only steps, more or less quite ok. Now the mvpa sot sot one, u also never know if the mvpa mins are being captured or reached inside tracker so have to do daily

MVPA still not being captured after trying to sync so many times. What a waste of time...sighs

MVPA still not being captured after trying to sync so many times. What a waste of time...sighs
Got error message or the display line just keeps flashing syncing but no mvpa? Most of us just on off phone/app/tracker or try at another time then can liao. Some still can't dunno why

2nd level, outside Courts near lift area, and
4th level, go right after step out of escalator, near Arcade

After doing this program for a while, i feel it is still more worthwhile to be zen about it

The Bluetooth icon on the tracker does not come out, already tried restart phone n tracker a few times. Anyone knows how to solve? Was working fine till I came back from a jog to sync my mvpa.

Please note that the HPB fitness tracker can only store up to seven days of data and you will need to sync your HPB fitness tracker with the Healthy 365 mobile app via Bluetooth® at least once every seven days to prevent any data loss
I try not to accumulate. Better to sync daily in case loss of datas :p

Yes the MVPA still unable to sync and update.

Those having problems use another handphone to "sync for friends".

The HP will be updated.

Oh... is the battery low?
Charged till almost full to try again but still doesn't work. Even using another hp 'sync for friend' is not working.

Could be tracker problem. What phone are you using?
