Well I have tried these methods.

1. Turned off bluetooth and on again.

2. Turned off bluetooth, force closed app. Turned bluetooth back on, open app.

3. Restarted phone. Repeat step 2.

For all of these methods, it's still "scanning" forever whenever I try to change tracker to my Actxa Tempo 2.
What phone is this? Try reinstalling the app.

MVPA and steps cannot sync at all! Very frustrating! This is my second replacement.

What phone is this? Try reinstalling the app.
Reinstall once, didn't work.

Reinstalled second time, finally synced.

So much time wasted just to get it SYNCED. I wonder how much more trouble awaits to get the MVPA updated zzzz.

Actually they should just give people that 300 MVPA points lah. Their own cock-up with the app and tracker caused a lot of people unable to sync the mvpa and lose points also.

Need to remove the HP then mass send sms to all; they really damn free. They should just leave it at that then skip the bonus for tier 3. Announce and change the info on the website.

The MVPA is still having problem with updating the MVPA minutes and HP.

The only way is to sync for friends on another handphone, then it will show the HP being added to the MVPA healthpoints bar on my handphone.

When I sync again with my handphone, the MVPA minutes and HP is not updated.

Now my Actxa Tempo 2 is able to sync steps, but unable to sync MVPA. Anyone has advice?

They really eat full nothing to do. They could have just left it in and skipped the bonus for the next tier. Eventually hp will be the same to complete all tiers.

maybe is some fker eat too full nothing to do go and compare with the website and email them to ask . . .

if not maybe they also wont have realized it

Maybe so, some people really itchy backside and sabo everyone. Its not like challengers will just stop at tier 2 altogether and earn extra bonus. lol

either that or those who have been religiously doing every day shld b complete tier 2 ytd or today, then they realized it why so many ppl completed tier 2 earlier than their calculations

The boy at the roadshow told me sync every 5 days. That's what i usually do too. Save battery, now my tempo i already wear 1 week without charging...

Actually come to think of it, i think my mummy techniques is better, she just take her time to complete the tier, no need to bother much about it, in the end the amount of points she will collected is about the same too.
