Oh yup. If billed under one bill is good. Sunseap and Seraya Geneco all have separate billing. So you will receive one physical bill about charges for water and another e-bill for your electricity. They don't have physical bills
Oh and the lame thing about adding Starhub to the equation is that they can't even consolidate the bill with the Starhub telco bill if you already have an account with them. From Sunseap's projected price plans before they had the partnership they could have easily offered up to 20% off SP tariff for pure solar or up to 25% off if mixed. The fact that now no discount for pure solar and 20% off for mix means Starhub is eating the discount as a middleman.

There are 3 options:

1) stick to regulated tarifds aka SP Sevices
2) buy from any of the other 31 retailers
3) buy from wholesale markets.

The 3rd option is seldom considered by anyone other than the biggest consumers. Reason being that the prices vary on a half hourly basis and there is no room for comparison or trying to get bset deal since the only wholesale market dealet is SP Services.

It is also extremely difficult for businesses to accrue
For utility charges whose unit rates are not fixed or determinable in advance..
If they allowed wholesale time of day pricing for residential users, most families with working adults and kids in student care will have reduced bills as it will be off peak timing by the time they reach home and switch on the aircon and use the water heater.

Actually they do. However you would need to change to an ami meter. If you are using your current meter your half hourly usage is based on a profile

Wholesale with current meter still doable with Ohm but they also recommend AMI for you to be able to monitor better.

Wonder how cheap is the wholesale price? Cos geneco is selling 50% at off peak price ($0.10/kwh).
The keyword to search is usep price

Thats what I'm saying. If you stay on your current meter.. There's no such thing as 30 min reading, only one cumulative reading. Your 30 min breakdown is based on a profile.

Yeah, weird thing is that they do not provide discounts for so called fully solar. What's the point of switching providers when your objective is to save money. I think they think in marketing point-of-view. Market it as "Clean Energy" hoping people will WOW, 100% solar, letgo

Thanks. Anyone using the new AMI meter can elaborate more further on the benfits? Other than half-hour track as what I know? Do you check the usages via the internet or through an app? What other features does it provide?

wow, USEP. Thanks. It's $92.28/MWh(1000kwH) = $0.09228/kWH am i counting it right ?

ohm has promo 50% off first 2 bills for first 100 signup… judging by their account number (if it is sequential) it should be less than 20 as of 8pm… don't say boh jio sign up 3 months trial switch to other provider… don't forget another $20 referral bonus (PM me for code)…

I am not affiliated with Ohm in any way. Just sharing kang tao with you all.

You said you would need to change implying compulsory, hence my comment.

I guess there may be people who want wholesale on profile.
