Government need to change it's mindset, forcing people to get married or else no HDB before 35 ain't working.

They should try allow all the 2 room HDB to be bought by Singles below 35 but can only sell back to HDB. This will result in 2 room HDB not rising in prices and singles below 35 can bring their spouse home. More privacy and likely more marriages.
Already many letters written to the ST forum page on this and nothing was changed.

Jialat sia. Big G still believe people will get married to get a HDB before 35 when it's obviously not helping. Why they don't wanna change their mindset and try other alternative.

Youngsters want their own space to do courtship instead of always having families around in the house, no privacy. Outside everything is expensive too, so can't do much either.
