What is considered enough time?

ts, gahmen is not encouraging hdb buyers to assume that there is captial appreciation when it comes to hdb bto, or even resale. If it happens, congrats. Even if not, consistent rental of room or the unit will give a positive yield to combat inflation, a lottery bonus in bto ballot.
The bottomline is a place you can stay beyond the life expectancy, within your means.
