Is she okay? Yah should’ve left her there and wait till paramedics arrive. Could have worsen any spinal injuries from that accident.

court rules rider 20% responsibility, pays 40k.

Richard suffered facial fractures, a toe fracture, blood cot in brain, lost 2 teeth and blindness in his right eye. On top of all these he was sued by the jay walker for $230,000.00 in damages.
The judge ruled that the pedestrian was 80% to be blamed and Richard was apportioned 20% of the blame. He has to pay over $40,000.00 in damages to the jay walker.
