due diligence check for finance institute employees

Hi there,

I am new to here, not sure I am at the right place to post thread. But I need some input on this.

We all understand MAS will do due diligence for all employees who are working in finance institute. Those criminal records, credit rating, certificates are quite straightforward to check. May I ask, how in-depth for the past employment they can check?

1. They will call the ex company to check on your past employment?

2. To the accuracy of month working/leaving the previous company?

3. If all the past employment are more than 5 years and more, are they still able to retrieve records from all the ex companies?

Or any input you can share with me with your expertise?

Thank you very much.
