Job application in Careers@Gov

Do you think HR in an agency can view other job applied in other agency in Careers@Gov?

For example, I submit job application in agency A, B & C. Agency A can see the job application I submitted to agency B & C. HR in agency B also can see i apply job in agency A & C.

Thanks.

If you applied say example “ dxo- mgmt officer” for mindef ; and through agency A / B / C....

Most likely only the hr in mindef will know.

Most agencies are independent of each other and don’t share database as there is a clause stating in their service agreement ( between the hiring company and agency) that whoever send the profile of the candidate first is entitled to the commission in the event the candidate is hired.

So yeah, most likely no.
