Write to ministry of labour. Better polish up your resume first though.

Ask for OT! Working Hours, Salaries, and Holidays. Normal office hours in Singapore are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. There is often a half day on Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, but the maximum required work hours per week are 44.

only if he earns less than this :

You can claim overtime if you are:

A non-workman earning up to $2,600.
A workman earning up to $4,500.
The overtime rate payable for non-workmen is capped at the salary level of $2,600, or an hourly rate of $13.60.

So those positions like executives, associates etc cannot claim ot? If above 2.6k?
