I think Ings will be gone before Origi.

Our forwards will be in this order -> Firmino > Sturridge > Solanke

Which is kind of weak for a team challenging for the top. Forming is industrious but goal contribution is decent only. Sturridge is past his prime. I'm still not convinced with solanke to be the next costa. We need a real striker.

Agree we need a stronger backup for Firmino. But important to release Sturridge and not let him sit on the bench indefinitely.
Solanke is a good option to have.
Ings need to play for a Top 10 team, not a Top 4 one.

Keep your dirty hands off Mane lah!

Kena injured in 89th min still have the balls to call up an injured player

Reports his hamstring injury could be up to 6 weeks unless it was not too serious...Very premature to say him able to play for the match on 10 & 14 Nov...Would he be 100% match fit?...Senegal coach want him for training next week...Why risk him for friendly games while he still injured...

Mane made a blistering start to the season with three goals in Liverpool's first three Premier League games.

But Liverpool were rocked last week when the attacker was ruled out for six weeks after suffering the injury while playing for Senegal in a World Cup qualifier.

It was hoped Mane would be fit enough to return after the November international break when they face Southampton, Sevilla and then Chelsea on November 25.

Senegal need two points to qualify for next year's World Cup and face two huge games against South Africa on November 10 and 14.

Mr F
- Midfielder, Ball Stringer up front.
- Not fit to wear No 9 since he lacked the composure to finish off chances and lack of presence in the box.
- Super pet and will never be replaced.

DS
- Seems to be a spent force with his recent appearance.
- Lack the hunger to push himself.
- Have to offload him by end of season if he dun buck up.

Solanke
- Kid with the potential.
- Lack the chances in the dying minutes to show what he can do.
- Need to do what Milner and TAA did in terms of creating a deep impression when he is sub.

Ings
- The present "Harry".
- Only chance of playing for us in the FA Cup if his leg is still intact.
- Should seek for a loan or transfer since Klopp dun even bothered to use him now.
- Can forget about playing in the 1st team.
- I see him as a possible solution but Klopp is too timid to put him to the test.

Mr F is just taking up space up front without converting all the chances given to him.
Replacing him with Auba will make LFC truly invincible.
Too bad Klopp is too in love with his pet.

IMO Firmino's role will be much more appreciated if the others can actually convert many more of their chances into goals upon his intelligent play.

Of course, it will be even better if he himself can convert more his own chances but it's a fact that up until the latest Maribor match, we've been struggling to score as a team.

His intelligent movement and spatial awareness mean he is able to confuse and occupy several defenders at once, dragging them out of position and pulling them apart to create openings for his teammates. He’ll regularly steal possession in the final third of the pitch to create dangerous situations better than any forward in the league.

He’s the ultimate facilitator and manipulator of space, endlessly unselfish and capable of significantly enhancing his teammates’ performance level. Liverpool are a team built to be more than the sum of their component parts, rather than being reliant on one outstanding individual – a philosophy to which Firmino is absolutely integral. “He is the best player without scoring with how well he reads the game for the benefit of others,” Klopp told Goal.com in an exclusive interview.

I would say without Firmino's contributions, we won't be able to score 7-0.

Just look at one of the most prorific striker in the EPL, Lukaku.

later this Cisse say: "I wanna test his resolve a little bit."

Sound familiar?

Firmino's presence in the frontline needs to be backed by Lallana. Without the latter pressing, it is hard for Firmino to hold up fort upfront.

His finishing is still poor no matter what.

Arsenal v Liverpool set to be confirmed for Friday Dec 22, 745pm. Interesting to see if Sky now drop plans to broadcast a game on Xmas Eve.

Liverpool have received a boost with the news that*Tottenham*pair Victor Wanyama and Mousa Dembele are out of Sunday’s*Premier League*clash.

Would we be able to win them and get all 3 points?

The ability is there, that's why the lack luster start of the season has been disappointing.

Won't be easy as does are playing well with a dangerous Kane.

Kane is a more dangerous striker than Lukuku! I would rather Matip mark Kane than Lovren in this case.
