I guess he shown the boss where he should be playing this morning.
He can be effective as the lone striker if and only if a accurate cross is delivered.
Give him the ball and somehow he will finish the job most of the time.
He is not really best on the left doing all the huffing and puffing.
But, it is all up to the boss.

He got that ice cold composure to do the kill when he is needed at that instant.
Somehow, he slow down, see and score.

I actually think Origi is the best penalty box finisher at the club. This is his 2015 form while being technically better. His conversion rate is very high. And many of his shots are on target. His best position is centre forward. Klopp should really play him more in his natural position. Lets not forget he also scored 2 against Arsenal in the League cup with also 2 impressive finish playing in a youthful Liverpool team.

What a good win. Especially Origi performance.

Just put our 2nd/3rd stringers for the overseas WorldClub Cship, local mickeymouse cups games.

This midfield was Klopp's 'go to' midfield for 'big' matches for the longest time.
And to think we started this team and without Gini against Barca in the 2nd leg - plus Shaq apart from that assist to Gini was pretty awful the entire match. But today he was playing like a different person even looked like a different person.

Klopp rarely played 4-2-3-1 system unless it is required.
He still prefer his usual front three for most of the game.
I enjoyed the game last night.
The team was playing for each other.
I am just worried about Banana fitting into the team.

Mr F and Salah are heavily marked for most of the game.
Only Mane is able to shake off his marker most of the time.
It is a good option for Klopp to use sometimes.

agree, but origi can be so ***** useless sometimes.

just like firmino and salah.

i suggest dropping salah. he lost that edge for a long time now. dropping him will wake him up.

If we can get sancho, it will provide competition for salah and firmino.

10 games in 30 days, 9 to go. Lovren, Robbo, Vvd, Mane played all 4 games after international break. Expect few changes vs Bournemouth too. Alisson back.

Anyone noticed Shaqiri is not as bulky as before? Must have shed a few kilos. More agile and faster too. More twists and turns looking more comfortable on the ball. They must have done something to him during his injury lay off.

And also his hair, was his hair previously short? or was it balding? How come his hair quite full yesterday? He went for hair transplant?

Its like suddenly we have a new Shaqiri who is leaner, faster and fitter and looks less heavy on the ball. Looks different with the weight loss and fuller hair.

Hair transplantation can do wonders. s13::s13:

Dont know why alot of fans still dont rate origi. He has proven over and over again that everytime he plays he scores. He's like the perfect backup striker because you know hes going to score even with little playtime.
He can finish... that is what we need

Actually the pass from Lovren to Origi is also very sublime hor....if Hummels do it...people will be talking about playmaker defender liao

But the most sublime one was the pass by Mane for the 1st goal...just perfectly weighted

Basically the full first team members except Matip and Fabinho.
So confirm the league cup match against aston villa will be from the Academy.

Harvey Elliott, Curtis Jones, Rhian Brewster and Neco Williams are all expected to be involved at Aston Villa later this month. #LFC making plans to fly them out to Qatar straight after the game. (LynchStandard)

If true, then they will play against Villa plus kids from academy. Then fly to Qatar but they cannot play in the WCC tournament. Rule stated squad must be Qatar 3 days before the first game start. Maybe Klopp just want those 4 young players join in first team warm weather training? Boot camp! Haha

Jurgen Klopp now has 100 Premier League wins as Liverpool manager.

He has achieved it quicker than any other manager before him – just 159 fixtures, compared to Kenny Dalglish’s 167
