don't insult Ed's brilliant footballing people that are making those decisions hor
Club got money, problem is the people managing the club have no brains

Why on earth will they think they know better than the manager who to sign?

poch is for rebuilding not instant success. look at southampton and spurs. they used to be average but now are holding their own. poch will bring in unknown players and make them good. if levy give him the money to buy players, they might win trophies.

Had a eye for talented players and know how to bring out their potential

Current spurs team almost all players were brought or trained up by him
The head coach should be very busy and no time to spot much talents.

More credit should be given to head scout and scouts who spotted the talents and push through the deals.

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer promoted four youngsters to first team training this week.

Young quartet Di'Shon Bernard, Largie Ramazani, D'Mani Mellor and Teden Mengi all trained with the first team on Wednesday ahead of this weekend's fixture against Sheffield United.

They join Angel Gomes, Mason Greenwood, Tahith Chong, James Garner, Matej Kovar, Ethan Laird, Charlie Wellens, Brandon Williams and Dylan Levitt as members of the academy to have been promoted to first team training by Solskjaer this season.

Poch might just be another Moyes.
He had 5 years in Spurs but never won a single trophy.

From some of the highlights of the youth games, he's got a good eye for goal in the box. Also another one who's a notch over the rest of the youths.
