My experiences with avocado is when my girl puked out the blended avocado purée when she was a baby. It smells horrible.

don’t get those from Mexico
and try eating with either honey, or maple syrup
if you happen to be at Queensway area ... head to Alexandra Food Ctr
the stalls round the back sell good avocado shakes
