Icelandair quite ex and the cheaper flights are sold out fast. Any other alternatives?

Wow Air or Easy Jet, try to wait for promo fares. If you buy normal price, it will be almost same price after you include the luggage.

Check on Norwegian Air too? But it departs from London-Gatwick...
