uniqlo definitely.
The tees in topman are not to my liking, as the collar gets loose after awhile.

H&M - Cheap but quality not very good
Cotton On - Stretch like Hell
Zara - Expensive and comfy
Topman - not worth
Uniqlo - Cheap and good
Pull & Bear - never tried b4

Triple A from Peninsular is good too.
I've loads of plain tees from Triple A, $12/3.
Easily close to 10, black alone 5 pieces.
I'm a cheapo, so always plain tees.
