Hard to book for appointment

Did my embroidery @$600 or 700++ included 1 touch-up. Top up twice for touch-up after a year ($150+$150)

Last touch up, early 2020 Beautician(Elissa) gave wrong namecare which stated old address where she learn her beauty course.

2021, b4 cny tried to book a slot but she was busy therefore pushed aft cny for touch up. I went to the wrong address and notice is not the same salon which i went in 2020. Gave her a call and she said I was late(in fact 5mins late coz Im confuse, not the same shop), she cannot squeeze any slot for me even if i rush to her side now and blaming me for going to the wrong place and she expect me to remember exactly where she is located after 1 year. FYI, her salon located in 1 of those industrial building(all look the same to me hahaha)

My touch up valid till end 28 feb 21 only. Advise from her no embroidery when having mens, means my touch up will be voided soon.... she never mention anything of postponing another 2 weeks after my swearing words out.....
