Thumbs up

hi guys..
newbie to the world of Rolex but has always been a dream to own 1 since started working many years back..

Ok ive did some lookup and felt as a start a DateJust shld be good & affordable enuff for mi..Can any kind soul roughly give a hint on how much would it costs?

2nd quick question..
when we say Size 31 or 36 or 41mm available from the DateJust..where to where is it exactly measured? Sorry for asking a sidetrack question as i just wanna visualise whether will a 31mm from the series look proportionate on my wrist..

Thanks all for the goodwill answers input
