Want to mention my experience.

Bought my new Panerai watch to the boutique at ION with a intention to get a few holes punch on the strap.

Watch bought from authorized dealer not in boutique.

The boutique staff straight up say they dont do such service. I then ask where can i get my strap punched. They straight up told me to go Far East Plaza to get it done
Eh. I go there OK leh.
They help me punch a 3rd party strap

LOL, that time I bought second hand Omega, hand very itchy want to wear, go to the Ion boutique and they resize for me no questions asked. The watch condition obviously second hand.

Panerai already dying brand still so many stunts. Punch hole is easy job, people pay so much can just do la. Should have demanded to talk to store manager. Absolutely no reason to say no for this sort of small thing.

That said, for round holes just invest in a cheap strap punch tool. Usually works quite well, same as what those Mr Minit guys use..

In the past, it wasnt so bad. Now it's even worst. Is there a reason why people started losing interest in Panerai?

the boutique was pretty packed, dont want to make a big fuss. thinking back should have escalate up to the store manager.

if it's packed then maybe they busy la.
they need to serve other potential customers that may buy from them ma.

if need, they should have asked you to come back another day or what not when they are less busy.
but if you need it to be done today, they suggested you go far east, nothing wrong also.

anyway, i got good service from them. my pam 005 was from grey, the screw came loose, i ask them help me screw in cause it happened in the train and i noticed it.
somemore the strap also 3rd party.

i ask them help me order the screw driver, supposed to be $35 bucks but end up gave it to me free.
