In the past, it wasnt so bad. Now it's even worst. Is there a reason why people started losing interest in Panerai?
the trend of mid sized or smaller watches came back.

and panerai haven't been very innovative the last few years

panerai due is nice though. and asian wrist. lol not all can tank 47mm.

and lastly, asian like all of us, is all about the 5 match sticks bruh

if it's packed then maybe they busy la.
they need to serve other potential customers that may buy from them ma.

if need, they should have asked you to come back another day or what not when they are less busy.
but if you need it to be done today, they suggested you go far east, nothing wrong also.

anyway, i got good service from them. my pam 005 was from grey, the screw came loose, i ask them help me screw in cause it happened in the train and i noticed it.
somemore the strap also 3rd party.

i ask them help me order the screw driver, supposed to be $35 bucks but end up gave it to me free.

Well they specifically mentioned they don’t provide such services . If they said come back later then of course justifiable.

I totally agree, I will highly not recommending buying Pam unless you really like the design and wearing the watch for LIFE. (You will learn the hard way when you try to trade in/ sell your watch)

You can easily google it, no one knows (including the management) what is Pam direction now?

It is Mass producing watches and flooding the market including the grey market with discount. (No longer as exclusive as before)

The slow death of Panerai

Panerai is dead?

If you are really still keen, head over to Jomashop (grey dealer)

Pam are easily 25% off, unlike shopping at the boutique.

the issue with Rolex is the popular sports models are literally impossible to find in ADs,

went to several ADs and there are literally no sport models except for the less popular models like Milligauss. How to buy like this? if i prefer not to buy from grey or second hand.
