Head to kee hing hung at Chinatown, look for Janet (Boutique Manager), just mentioned recommended by Kelvin. The discount will apply accordingly, payment by cash is highly preferred.

Hello Bros,

I've decided to purchase my first luxury dress watch, and I've settled on either one of these 2 models:

JLC Master Ultra Thin Moon

or

Glashütte Original Senator Excellence Panorama Date Moon Phase

It seems that both Hour Glass and Cortina stocks these, so could I know if I should expect any discounts if i purchased from either AD as opposed to the boutiques, and if so, roughly how much?

Thanks!

Walk down to the AD and ask.
Nobody can give you a definite answer.
If your Nego skills good, maybe can get 20-25%.
Or see how see desperate the SA is for sale.

ADs will give better discounts, how much is really down to nego, but don’t accept anything less than 15%.
Boutiques on the other hand rarely give discount, max maybe 5%

Thanks!!!! I saw it on amazon too, s$560 shipped. But really hope to see it in real life to see if the made is worth it for a $500 quartz, skali it feels like a $10 bugis pushcart watch!!!
Nt so jialiat as bugis pushcart lah. My boss used to wear one, he bought when he was in CH. I kaypoh take n testing testing.
More like a mixture of ICE watches, G-shock n Tissot feel.

Thanks guys! Seems like 20% is a reasonable amount to ask for. I'd try my best

Hi All, just wanted your advice on the following, based on the budget (both options are pre-owned)

Should I get

1) Rolex Daytona 116500 (White Dial )+ patek philippe aquanaut

2) Rolex Daytona Platinum

Let me know your thoughts.
