Anyone wears 100% wool trousers on a frequent basis?

Besides dry-cleaning, any other way to maintain/wash them?

Any feedback of wearing 100% wool trousers vis wool-synthetic blend in Singapore's weather?

Also, anyone has feedback on wearing wool-silk blend trousers in Singapore's weather?

Tailored a few wool-linen, wool-mohair and wool-cotton blend trousers recently and thinking whether 100% wool and wool-silk blend are good options for our local weather.
I wear 100% wool regularly, definitely sustainable - I usually air them out to the sun, and only dry clean them (if at all) since wool is hypoallergenic. If you want a more airy wool fabric, try the 4-ply, not stuffy at all despite its weight.

Wool silk, I would not recommend. Mine lasted less than 1.5 years with very infrequent wears.

Laid En is a shirt factory. If you ask a char kway teow cook to make you pasta and expect it to turn out well right?

All in all I've found that tailoring at the low end/price range is really quite pointless. Decent rtw+an alterations tailor will yield a much better product at a lower price.

Agree on the analogy. Only go to the makers if you know what you want.

Thanks.
What is the weight range of the 100% wool? Tropical wool?

Do u guys brush ur suits? How often? Mostly I read advice to brush before/after wear but I have a few to rotate, and I donít wear them on a routine basis so it may be months before one gets worn again. Wondering if I should do that on a regular basis like once a month or so?

Brush after every wear! The acr of brushing is to remove dust and dirt. Store it in a dust bag and you'll probably only need to brush it again upon your next wear.

Hi guys, can I ask, does anyone have any experience that the dry cleaner caused the suit to crease? And they claimed its the suit's problem, not their washing?
I have dry cleaned my suit 3-4 times previously and there were no issues.

Hi guys

did a tailoring session and came up with this piece of suit.

just wondering if i have the prominent suit divots that could be a issue?

the rest of the suit is perfect except for my shoulder region where the divots seems to be protruding out slightly.

any opinions?
