I usually see the % of discount one...
If inside my wishlist + 75% and above will have good chance to hoot...
If inside my wishlist + 75% and above + the price is less than $5 = confirm no need to see and hoot!

Witcher 3 why not consider GOG? Currently also 50% off just that at USD 30 may have to pay more in SGD due to current sexchange rate. But think even so only just few dollars different compare to the Steam 50% SGD 37 pricing.

GOG one ish DRM free, so can install and pray on any computer you like and also no need worry if steam client down ish cannot pray. So for few dollars more IMO go hoot GOG one more wu hua.
