Need help with new Asus Rog GL702VS

Hi, just bought a new Asus RoG Strix VL702Vs and updated all the drivers.

However during wow, it will freeze and emit a weird buzzing sound. only solution is to do a forced restart.

Did things like "run like administrator" and "disable full screen optimization" but to no avail. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.

It's new, time to send for repairs and use that warranty. Trying to open it up and fixing it on your own may void the warranty or spoil it more.

We used to have Asus laptop (GL502VS) had this kind of symptom. We sent it to the service center and turned out to be the NVMe SSD issue.
