I'm unable to make payment for this card on e-AXS. It'll prompt invalid card number. The bank seems unaware of this. So just checking if anyone else encountered?

Just updating my own post. BOC is already aware of this. We can only pay on axs online/mobile by the end of this month. Have to use other payment methods for now.

Use BOC bill payment option on their ibanking site. Can go through....(even though supported by AXS also?!)

just got the card - t&cs said dining at Hyatt hotel only for mon to say lunch , so not applicable for dinner and not applicable for mezza9 Sunday brunch?

yeah fug boc...wasted my time to get the card and they really took their own sweet time to send me the card

i only signed up thinking can makan dinner at hyatt...lunch no appetitie

mezza 9 should be good, i used to dine there quite often when i had the cath card with 50% discount too

He called and they say can't find a record, but will check and call him back.

After 4 days, no news at all.

mine took more than 4 weeks and they claimed it was due to cny which is bs

yeah lor, they claimed it was due to cny...but after calling them, it was all done within 2-3 days so probably someone sat on it
