What about the rest?
What do ya all usually buy in Japan?

I usually buy tools and old kits tt are harder to find in sg.
and also kits from other brands such as kotobukiya coz these usually dun have sale in sg unlike Bandai kits.

Buy as in kits, tools? ?

Thinking of finding out what kit can only be found in Japan. I bought Tamiya tools at yodabashi(spelling) and it's pretty good price.

If can't find trans am kit, then most probably spam buy HG 00 series gundam.

I think almost everything can be found in sg, just tt it is going to be expensive.
u can look out for 7-11 exclusive kits or go Divercity and get GTF versions. hobbymate and those online sellers sells them at a crazy price here. over there, they are the same price as the normal version

For Gundam kits, probably it will be those Gundam Front Tokyo limited kits at Diver City Odaiba.

It is the same kit as standard issue, the difference is the decals, markings.

Or else in general, given the currency advantage, we hold still, MGs & PGs are worth the buy especially from Yodobashi.

I went odiba, diver city. That time when I was there, there is only 1-2 exclusive origin Gundam on the shelves. And the price is way more expensive than to yodabashi.

After I came back, I compared some of my purchase with those selling in carousel. Difference not that great..

Probably the newer ones are more worth it given the price. But...now yen quite strong too.will take note, thanks guys!

yodobashi camera is a lot cheaper because they sell at 30% off the RRP. whereas GFT shop sells at RRP. so for normal kits, just get from yodobashi
