nevertheless, items that cost way much, buy locally with warranty got abit of peace of mind.

I already have a few models, in mind. But ITshow and retails free gift these 2 months since cny is not that good. Last year end de, got free 32'"TV at least.

Nope but a more relax view and more immersive viewing pleasure in movies. The only downside is 1440p for VR is still far from perfect. The need to push for 4k and higher refresh rate is real.

Tv dont feel like you are in it. VR brings it closer to you instead. Thats the whole different experience you will get against traditional tv.
