Both sim slots support 3g and 4g but only 1 card can be connected to 3g/4g at any one time. The other card will be on 2g.

If you're in countries like Japan or Korea, that means your dual sim phone is as good as 1 sim only.

On the phone setting option it specify
Sim 1 as 2G/3g/LTE
and
Sim 2 2G only.

What I want to know is that does sim 2 supports data 3g/4G LTE when it is enabled?

How is the camera of mate 8? A lot of reviews online saying that camera is bad and cannot compare to 6p.

Sent from FUJITSU F-05F using GAGT

Is equally good as my ex Note5 n current N6P. Infact one user at lowyat forum even said he is happier with it vs his current Note5
All those negative reports on camera were initially on development firmware
However it can not meet V10 or even S7edge camera quality

What do you wish to know exactly?
Most obvious is its insane battery life which is double that of my other Nexus6p n LG V10. Best of all phone remains cool under intensive continous usage up to 2+ hours

design wise, 7.9mm is quite the standard of slim these days.
bezels thickness overall is OK.
but the power button on the right side tend to be accidentally pressed many times, irritating.
prefer it to be on top.

roughly tested the battery, from 100% to 15%, on 3G.

on Google play services 8.7
phone call used up 11% for 131mins
SOT 9.5hrs, browsing plus music over earphones, every % averaging to about 7mins SOT.

standby quite good,
safe to say for my usage, 2 days charge once since I don't game too.

however ,charging speed using the given adapter, is quite slow.
initially like 5mins per %, but now getting faster.

Looking at this too. Lol. I think this battery life beat 6 plus iphone. Most of the time i dont game too. Also can 2 days charge once. But sometime is next day charge once if intended to use 6 hours...

This also run 6.0 android. But after sale service support is ignorant to me. :s22:

iPhone 6S Plus has the best battery ,among iPhone models ,that is.
have tried the battery and each % averaging about 6 mins SOT.

best battery for full HD phones,
for 6" , probably mate 8 has the best SOT.
normal 5.2", Sony Z3. --> can last me 4 days with one charge, maintaining SOT > 11hours.

Sounds great! My current Nokia Lumia 1020, running Windows 10 Mobile, lasts only 3 hours if using 3G heavily.

two problems,

despite the auto brightness is off, the sensor seems to adjusting the brightness sometimes.

while talking on the phone with the display off, the dialpad went haywire.

other than these, I retest the battery again.
now left 40%, with SOT of 10hrs.
no music, just browsing and wechat.

it is still a great phone despite the mentioned issues.

Build quality good for this device? Never really considered a Chinese OEM device before.

I noted that the gold version is the only one that's available in Singapore, on recontract. Any idea whether the black variant will be coming here?
