My mi3 got a crack screen and rendered phone unusable. 2nd time already. My prior decision now before buying another Xiaomi is whether mi4i, and or mi5 uses the same screen technology like mi3? Even a little hairline crack on the screen is a deadly mistake?

Taiwan might be having Mi 5 this June, 2016. Maybe we can expect a similar timeframe for Mi 5 to Singapore also?

After some googling, Xiaomi 2015105 refers to the 3G+32G Mi 5(codename Gemini)~

my wife drop her mi3 and the plastic side frame dented so hard and the lcd screen come off..but it didnt crack...so i just force the lcd back to the frame and now it still working nicely ..haha

I bought it from New Star Sim Lim. It's the 32GB model. Didn't want to wait so I paid $599 with 1 year warranty with New Star. Want to test it out to see if it's good. So if one day the 128GB comes out, might change to that

Kind of yes. The phone was still attached with the cable while charging and I wwalked off with it.

Amazing and speechless. It's like saying a man fell from tenth storey to the ground causing the floor to crack massively ..but he's not hurt and only his shoes flew far far away ..hahaha

same thing happened to me lol.. using it with a mouse now until the pro version is available
