Are you referring to the international version?

The Chinese 32GB version supports 4G/3G-voice, confirmed by thewiseone who bought one (see earlier posts).

U are correct. All 3 models supports 3G voice for the 2nd SIM.

Mi5 is the only phone right now that can run 4g+3g in dual sim mode whereas other phones are stuck on 2g for the 2nd sim.

Come Apr 2017, you will not be able to use dual sim on any of the Mi/Redmi except Mi 5.

This is one of the reason why I may pay for Mi5 instead of Redmi Note 3 or Redmi 3.
